Gizlilik Politikası

Kısaca

Kıvılcım hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz. Hesap açman gerekmez, sunucumuz yoktur, verilerin bize gönderilmez. Uygulamayı silersen telefondaki verilerin de silinir.

Hangi veriler nerede tutulur

Görevlerin, serilerin, notların, defter yazıların, hayal panosu görselleri, kıvılcımların, temaların ve tüm ayarların yalnızca cihazının kendi depolamasında tutulur. Bu verileri görmüyoruz, kopyalamıyoruz, kimseyle paylaşmıyoruz.

Sunucuya gönderilenler

Hiçbiri. Kıvılcım'ın kendine ait bir sunucusu yoktur. Uygulama çevrimdışı çalışır; analiz aracı, reklam ağı, çökme raporlayıcı ya da izleme kiti içermez. Reklam kimliği (IDFA/AAID) okunmaz, çerez kullanılmaz.

İzinler ve neden istendikleri

Her izin isteğe bağlıdır. Reddedersen ilgili özellik kapanır, uygulamanın geri kalanı çalışmaya devam eder.

Senin başlattığın paylaşımlar

• Yedek dosyası: “Yedek dosyası oluştur ve paylaş” dediğinde bir dosya oluşturulur ve sen nereye göndereceğini seçersin. Seçtiğin hedefin (Drive, iCloud, e-posta) kendi gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.
• Bulut klasörü: Seçtiğin klasöre yedek yazılır. Hesap bağlantısı yoktur; klasör senin bulut uygulamanın klasörüdür.
• Kart ve kod paylaşımı: Paylaş dediğinde oluşan görsel ya da kod, senin seçtiğin uygulamaya gider.
• Telefonunun kendi yedeği: Android’de Google yedeklemesi ya da iPhone’da iCloud yedeği açıksa telefonun, uygulama verilerini senin hesabına yedekleyebilir ve uygulamayı yeniden kurduğunda geri getirebilir. Bu yedek Google’ın ya da Apple’ın sistemidir; bize ulaşmaz, biz göremeyiz.
• Geri bildirim: “Hata bildir” e-posta uygulamanı açar. Mesajın içine görev adların ya da defter yazıların konmaz; yalnızca sürüm, platform, seviye, görev sayısı ve seri uzunluğu yazılır. Göndermeden önce görür ve düzenleyebilirsin.

Çocuklar

Kıvılcım 4 yaş ve üzeri için uygundur. Çocuk modu açıkken mağaza, paylaşım ve dış bağlantılar kapanır; çıkmak için ebeveyn kapısı gerekir. Çocuklardan da hiçbir veri toplanmaz.

Satın almalar ve reklamlar

Kıvılcım tamamen ücretsizdir: uygulama içi satın alma, abonelik ve reklam yoktur. Uygulamadaki kıvılcımlar görev yaptıkça kazanılan puanlardır; gerçek parayla satın alınamaz ve hiçbir ödeme bilgisi istenmez.

Verilerini silme

Profil → “Gizlilik merkezi” → “Her şeyi sil” tüm verilerini kalıcı olarak siler. Uygulamayı kaldırmak da telefondaki verileri siler; telefonunun Google ya da iCloud yedeğinde bir kopya varsa onu kendi hesap ayarlarından silebilirsin. Bizde bir kopya bulunmadığı için ayrıca bir silme talebi göndermene gerek yoktur.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse yukarıdaki tarih güncellenir ve uygulama içinde bildirilir.

Destek

Bir sorun mu var, bir fikrin mi? Yaz, iki iş günü içinde dönüyoruz. Uygulamada Profil → “Hata bildir” en hızlı yol; sürüm bilgisi kendiliğinden eklenir, kişisel verin eklenmez.

In short

Kıvılcım collects no personal data. There is no account, no server of ours, and your data is never sent to us. Delete the app and the data on your phone goes with it.

What is stored and where

Your tasks, streaks, notes, journal entries, vision board images, sparks, themes and every setting live only in your device's own storage. We do not see, copy or share them.

What is sent to a server

Nothing. Kıvılcım has no server of its own. The app works offline and contains no analytics, advertising network, crash reporter or tracking kit. It does not read the advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID) and uses no cookies.

Permissions and why they are asked for

Every permission is optional. Deny one and only that feature turns off.

Sharing you start yourself

• Backup file: Profile → “Back up and restore” creates a file and you choose where it goes. The privacy policy of that destination (Drive, iCloud, email) then applies.
• Cloud folder: A backup is written to the folder you pick. No account is linked; it is your own cloud app's folder.
• Card and code sharing: The image or code is sent to the app you choose.
• Your phone’s own backup: If Google backup (Android) or iCloud backup (iPhone) is on, your phone may back up the app’s data to your account and restore it when you reinstall. That backup is Google’s or Apple’s system; it never reaches us and we cannot see it.
• Feedback: “Report a bug” opens your mail app. Your task names and journal entries are never included — only version, platform, level, task count and streak length. You see and can edit it before sending.

Children

Kıvılcım is suitable for ages 4 and up. In kid mode the shop, sharing and external links are disabled, and leaving requires a parent gate. No data is collected from children either.

Purchases and advertising

Kıvılcım is completely free: there are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no ads. The sparks in the app are points you earn by completing tasks; they cannot be bought with real money and no payment details are ever asked for.

Deleting your data

Profile → “Privacy center” → “Erase everything” permanently deletes all your data. Uninstalling removes the data from your phone; if a copy exists in your phone’s Google or iCloud backup, you can delete it in your account settings. Since we hold no copy, there is no deletion request to send.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above is updated and you are told inside the app.

Support

A problem or an idea? Write to us — we reply within two business days. In the app, Profile → “Report a bug” is fastest: the version is added for you, your personal data is not.
